Licensing

The Non-UPF Verified Trademark License and Program Participation Agreement is a contract between the Project and a Participant outlining terms regarding use of the Project's trademarks and participation in the PVP.

Annual renewals

Every Verified Product in the PVP will have an annual renewal evaluation administered by the Participant's Technical Administrator (TA) to ensure the Product is compliant under the current Non-UPF Verified Standard and Program Rules and Procedures.

Late renewals

Late renewals occur when annual renewal evaluations are delayed by documentation or information delays from suppliers, or an open Major non-conformity. This overview explains how late renewals are handled within the PVP.

TA transfers

Participants in the PVP may transfer Verified Products that have no unpaid balances or open non-conformities from one TA to another.
