Licensing
The Non-UPF Verified Trademark License and Program Participation Agreement is a contract between the Project and a Participant outlining terms regarding use of the Project's trademarks and participation in the PVP.

Annual renewals
Every Verified Product in the PVP will have an annual renewal evaluation administered by the Participant's Technical Administrator (TA) to ensure the Product is compliant under the current Non-UPF Verified Standard and Program Rules and Procedures.
